At BB Print and Promo we strive for excellence and high quality print products and will work to resolve any issue that may possibly arise within or after your order is placed and/or delivered. Please take note that if a client provides their own artwork, we cannot be held responsible for the print quality of those files. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and services provided by BB Print and Promo, including the sale of print and promotional items ("Products"). By ordering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Order Placement: When you place an order, you provide us with an offer to purchase the Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
• Order Confirmation: After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, which outlines the details of your purchase. This is not an acceptance of your offer but an acknowledgment of receipt.
• Order Acceptance: The contract between us is formed only when we process and dispatch your order. We may reject or cancel orders if there is an issue with product availability, payment, or any other reason.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order placement, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

• Risk of Loss: All products are considered to be the buyer's responsibility once they are delivered to the carrier. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

• Returns: Products may be returned if delivered damaged, provided they are unused, undamaged after receipt, and in their original packaging. Certain custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for eligible returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at bbprintandpromo@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

• Custom Products: If you place an order for custom printed items, you are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, and content. You must ensure that you have the rights to use the artwork and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
• Proofing Process: We will provide you with a proof of your custom artwork before production begins. It is your responsibility to approve or request changes to the proof. We are not responsible for errors in the final product that were approved in the proof stage.
• Production Delays: Custom orders may take additional time to process due to the nature of the work involved. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order.

• Ownership of Content: All content, including logos, designs, images, and text, provided to us for custom printing remains the intellectual property of the original owner. You grant us the right to use the provided content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• Our Rights: All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• No Liability for Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
• Product Liability: Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product or service in question. We do not assume any responsibility for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the misuse of our products.

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and other unforeseen events.
